Regia Kaffee Fassett Socks

I am always knitting socks these days. I find that when I just want an easy fast project I pick up a skein of sock yarn. It is so satisfying to do these fun and portable items.

This yarn is from the Kaffe Fassett design line from Regia. The top sock is Landscape in Color 4261 Caribbean. And the bottom sock is Mirage in Color 4260 Caribbean.

I used #1 needles and cast on 64 sts. This is an easy generic pattern that I find myself using over and over again because it is easy and looks great.

Top Down Shaped Cardigan

Well, I finally got a picture taken of the sweater I finished.

It is from Knitting Pure & Simple #241 Neck Down Shaped Cardigan.
I used Cascade Venezia Worsted yarn in color 105 Winterfresh.
This is a size medium and I used 6 skeins of yarn on a #6 needle.

It was my first attempt at a sweater knitted from the top down and in

one piece. Since, I never seem to get around to sewing my projects
together, this was the greatest pattern for me. It turned out beautiful
and I am sure I will use this pattern again.
